Zikora leads the firm’s corporate and commercial law team and co-leads the technology law practice.
Zikora has extensive experience advising clients across many areas of practice including private equity, corporate-commercial law, intellectual property law, startup advisory, and company secretarial services.
Zikora’s career is focused on advising fintech startups across Africa and the middle east on fintech regulations. He has also advised a number of multinational investors, especially in the private equity, venture capital space. Zikora has worked on corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and venture capital.
Zikora obtained his Bachelors degree from the University of Benin and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2017.
