Damilola is a seasoned litigation lawyer with extensive experience at trial and appellate courts in Nigerian covering areas of law such as property, commercial, and criminal litigation.
He has a penchant for intellectual property rights and other IP related matters. He derives satisfaction in resolving complex disputes and also meeting client’s expectations.
Some of his recent experience includes:
Representing a multinational ride hailing company in Nigeria in a dispute resolution between the company and its employees over mode of operation; successfully represented a multinational agro-allied production company in Nigeria in a litigation dispute for claims on breach of agreement and performance of duty; participated in the defence of an indigent defendant charged with the offence of obstructing justice.
Damilola obtained a law degree from the Lagos State University and BL from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
