Adedayo Osijo
- Managing Partner
Adedayo is the chair of the firm’s dispute resolution and policy advisory practice. Adedayo’s practice focuses on complex commercial dispute resolution, white-collar crimes, insolvency, property transactions, and policy advisory. He currently serves as a non-executive director in three private companies.
Emmanuel Geoffrey
- Partner
Geoffrey heads the Abuja branch of the firm, he also co-leads its Dispute Resolution team. He has several experiences in criminal and civil litigation, representing several government agencies, including the Nigerian Police. He has recorded success in cases involving debt recovery and financial crimes.
Zikora Okwor-Wewan
- Partner
Zikora's career is focused on advising fintech startups across Africa and the middle east on fintech regulations. He has also advised a number of multinational investors, especially in the private equity, venture capital space. Zikora has worked on corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and venture capital.
Damilola Onabanjo
- Partner
Damilola is a seasoned litigation lawyer with extensive experience at trial and appellate courts in Nigerian covering areas of law such as property, commercial, and criminal litigation. He has a penchant for intellectual property rights and other IP related matters. He derives satisfaction in resolving complex disputes.
Mausi Akoro
- Partner
Mausi leads the firm's real estate practice. She is responsible for a significant number of purchases and dispositions of real estate portfolios, commercial leases, property transaction counseling, and property litigation. Mausi also represents target clients in family and probate matters.
