At Springwoods LP, we strongly encourage our lawyers to take up pro bono work as we give credits for the hours they donate. Our pro bono programme is managed by the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, which is made up of committed lawyers from all practice areas
Corporate Pro Bono
Our corporate lawyers provide a wide range of pro bono legal services. We assist not-for-profit organisations in entity formation, corporate governance, business operations and employee benefits matter. Our corporate team also advises SMEs on selecting the right corporate form for their businesses, assists in drafting governance documents and contracts, reviews leases and negotiates with landlords.
Litigation Pro Bono
Our litigation team takes on full range pro bono activities, from representation of indigent litigants to high-impact litigation that is challenging the status quo on a number of public interest matters. We represent clients in products liability, civil rights matters, mass torts, environmental matters, class actions, consumer litigation, human rights action, criminal defense, employment and wage violations.
